Our Commitment & Product Information
We know finding the perfect personal care product online can be tricky. That's why we offer our Soap Sample Pack – it's a great way to experience our scents and product performance before committing to a full-sized bar. We pour a lot of care into every product, and we want you to love them as much as we do.
For your safety, all ingredients are listed in each product description. If you have sensitivities to any listed ingredient, we recommend not using the product. If you're unsure, please perform a patch test on a small skin area before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Dapper Yankee is not responsible for adverse reactions, as it's your responsibility to determine what's best for your skin.
We thoroughly test all our products on humans before they reach you. If you experience an issue with any product, please contact us at support@dapperyankee.com within 30 days of receiving your order so we can help make it right.
Domestic Returns (Within the United States)
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, we do not offer exchanges.
Products showing any signs of use will not be eligible for a refund. Such items will not be returned to you.
We cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Final Sale Items such as Dapper Rejects soap pack or any item specifically noted as final sale on our website.
- Soap Sample Packs
- Beard Oil Sample Packs
- Any product subject to contamination including: beard oils, beard balms, beard butters, beard wash, liquid and solid colognes, liquid hand soaps, lotions, conditioner bars (if shrink wrap is removed), liquid shampoo, and conditioners.
- Dapper Swag Collection items (e.g., shirts, hats, mugs) as these are custom-printed and all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
All returns must be initiated by the original purchaser. We do not accept gift returns.
Return Process & Fees
- To initiate a return: Please email support@dapperyankee.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Dapper Yankee does not provide return labels. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure your return is received.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, deducted from your refund. This fee is based on the original sale price of the individual product(s) being returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items and verify they are in their original, unused condition, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process and post the refund. Refunds apply only to product costs; original shipping fees and ShipAid shipping insurance are non-refundable.
International Returns (Outside the United States)
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products shipped internationally. If you have an issue with your international order, please email support@dapperyankee.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
