Return Policy

It can be challenging to find a personal care product that works for you, most especially when choosing one from an online store.  For this reason, we offer our Soap Sample Pack so you can get an idea of the scent and the performance before you commit to purchasing a full-sized soap bar. A lot of work and care goes into each of our products, and we want you to love them as much as we do. 

The ingredients of every natural product we sell are listed in the product description on the website.  If you have a sensitivity to any of the listed ingredients, you should not use the product.  If you are unsure, it is always best to test our product on a small area of your skin before use.  If irritation occurs, please discontinue the use of that product. It is up to you to determine what is best for you, and Dapper Yankee is not responsible for any adverse reactions.

We strive to use only the best ingredients and thoroughly test all of our products on humans before introducing them to you.  If you experience a problem with any of the products, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and let us know so we can have the opportunity to make it right.

Domestic Returns:

We accept returns of any unused products that are in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Please Note: We do not accept returns on the Soap Sample Pack or any product that may be subject to contamination; this includes beard oils, beard balms, beard butters, beard wash, solid colognes, liquid hand soaps, lotions, and liquid shampoo and conditioners where the safety seal is broken.

If you purchase an item from the Dapper Swag collection, (e.g., shirts, hats, mugs, etc.) please be sure to select the correct size. These items are printed on-demand from our 3rd-party partner and are final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

The request for any return must come from the original purchaser. We do not accept gift exchanges or returns.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and Dapper Yankee does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We highly recommend purchasing a shipping label that includes tracking, so we can follow the return. 

Restocking Fee:  A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee is based on the original sale price of the individual product(s) being returned and will be deducted from the refund.

Once Dapper Yankee receives the items being returned and can verify that they are in the original condition, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. Depending on the processing speed of the bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post back to the account.

Please note that shipping costs and ShipAid shipping insurance are non-refundable. Refunds will be applied only to products on the order.

International Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products that are shipped internationally (outside of the United States). If you have an issue with your order, please send an email to support@dapperyankee.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we will work with you on a resolution.
