Holiday Shipping
2024 HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING INFORMATION
The Dapper Yankee team fulfills orders 7 days a week and most orders leave our workshop within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Shipping times are measured in business days (Monday - Friday) and excludes weekends and federal holidays. However, we currently have Saturday package pickups for orders that are placed before 12:00PM EST. Once your order is fulfilled the first business day that it is in transit is the day after it is picked up by USPS.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders must be placed by Wednesday, December 11th to arrive in time for the holidays when Standard Ground or Free Shipping option is selected.
Orders must be placed byΒ Monday,Β December 16thΒ to arrive in time for the holidays whenΒ Priority Shipping option is selected.
Due to the high volume of packages being shipped with USPS this season, many packages are missing their destination scans, are misrouted, or the tracking information doesn't update correctly; however, this does not mean that your package is lost or won't arrive in time.
Please understand that once your package is in the carrier's hands, how it's delivered is out of our control. If you need a package location/status update that is not listed in the tracking information, please contact USPS directly.
If the tracking on your shipped order does not update after 10 business days, please send us an email so we can investigate. Please remember that delivery estimates given at checkout and via email are only estimates and not guarantees.Β These estimates are based on ideal shipping conditions and do no factor in severe weather or shipment issues or delays.
Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information on your package delivery status. The Dapper Yankee team does not have access to any other information regarding the whereabouts of your package or when it will be scanned or arrive. If you have questions about the tracking information, or whyΒ it hasn't updated, it is best to contact USPS directly for more information.
Dapper Swag (tee shirts, hoodies, and accessories) Shipping: Β The shipping deadlines listed above do not apply to Dapper Swag items. These are shipped separately from your personal care products and may require extra time for processing and shipping sinceΒ theyΒ are made on demand from our 3rd party partner.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The last day to ship orders to countries outside of the USA must be placed no later than Friday, November 29th.
Please Note: Some orders shipping to Canada are grossly delayed due to the Canada Post strike.Β
