We ship everywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. 

We also ship internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Domestic Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping options for our U.S. customers through USPS. Regardless of the size of your order, you will always know what your shipping costs will be. These rates are subject to change based on current rates.

Our U.S. customers with a qualifying order, will have the option for FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam. 

International Shipping: We ship internationally using DHL and rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight/size of your order. 

At this time, Dapper Yankee does not offer a free shipping option for our international customers.

Please be aware that additional taxes and customs fees may be charged on the buyer's end at checkout.  Dapper Yankee does not cover the cost of these additional fees.

Gift Cards: Dapper Yankee Gift Cards are delivered instantly to the email address you provide during checkout.  No physical card will be issued or mailed.  Once you receive the gift card, you may print it out, forward the email to your recipient, or keep it for yourself!

Swag Orders (U.S. Only): When you order Dapper Yankee swag (shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.), orders will be shipped separately from your personal care items.  These items are made on demand and shipped directly from our printing partner in Las Vegas, NV.  We don't have control over processing or shipping times, but most orders typically take 7-10 business days to process and ship. Dapper Yankee does not stock these items.

The shipping speed you choose at checkout only applies to the personal care items that ship direct from Dapper Yankee.

Please allow for 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. If an order was placed after 3PM, it goes out within 2 business days, with the next scheduled pickup.

Oftentimes USPS does not scan packages at the time of pickup, so tracking will show in a pre-shipment status until it's sorted and on its way to you.

Please Note:When placing an order on a weekend, those days are not calculated in processing/shipping times since pickups are scheduled Monday - Friday.

Dapper Yankee provides fast order processing and fast shipping on every order within the United States. 

Please allow for 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. If an order was placed after 3PM, it goes out within 2 business days, with the next scheduled pickup.

As soon as your order is ready to ship you will receive an email confirmation.

If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a U.S. federal holiday, your order may not ship until the next business day.

During a zombie apocalypse, exceptionally busy times, when we go on vacation, or on the rare occasion we experience stockouts (when an item becomes out of stock), there may be a delay in shipping your order.

Once your order ships, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method you choose and where you're located. 

International Shipping - Shipping times can vary and may take up to 25 business days.

Shop Pay. Pay in full or pay over time. Orders of $50 or more are eligible for 4-interest-free installments.

Dapper Yankee also offers a fast checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card information so that you don't have to re-enter it for future purchases.

After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose.

If you choose to pay for your order in four biweekly installments, your credit score is not impacted. However, if you choose to pay for your order in monthly payments, and do not make on time payments, then your credit score might be affected. Only monthly payment options might impact your credit score.

Dapper Yankee Gift Cards and subscriptions are not eligible for purchase using Shop Pay.

Domestic Returns / Exchanges:

We accept returns or exchanges of unused soaps and shampoo bars within 7 days of the customer receiving the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on the Soap Sample Pack, beard balms, style balms, or any product where the safety seal has been broken; this includes conditioner bars, beard oils, liquid hand soaps, and lotions.  Providing the safety seal has not been broken,
we will gladly accept the return or make an exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and Dapper Yankee does not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please send an email to support@dapperyankee.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

International Returns / Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products that are shipped internationally. If you have an issue with your order, please send an email to support@dapperyankee.com
with your order number and a description of the issue and we will work with you on a resolution.  

Dapper Yankee offers natural products, but not all of our products are considered "All-Natural".  In order to achieve some of our amazing scents and colors, we need to use man-made fragrance oils and colorants.  However, many of these fragrance oils and colorants are still derived from natural products.

Unlike the other guys, we always want to be fully transparent with our products and that is why we don't use the term "All-Natural" in our marketing.  We call it for what it is. 

All of our products are vegan friendly, with the exception of Root Beer Barrel soap, which is made with goat's milk.

This is a common question that many natural soap brands get.

Dapper Yankee has an in-house soap maker who brings the product recipes to life. The soaps and personal care products are proprietary to Dapper Yankee.

Oftentimes companies will tell you that they make their own soap, but this is not the truth. There are several wholesalers that offer their soap and products for repackaging. This is a common practice among many other soap brands.

Dapper Yankee believes in transparency and that's why we list all the ingredients for each product in the product description on the website and on the packaging. 

All of Dapper Yankee's soaps are kid-friendly.  You can't go wrong with using a natural product on your "Lil Yanks"! Just be sure that you don't get soap in their eyes, it may cause irritation; if this occurs, rinse immediately with water.

However, before using any product on your children, please check with a medical professional to make sure that it's OK.  Some kids might be allergic to one or more of the natural ingredients, so it's always best to check before use.

None of our soaps are formulated to be antibacterial.  And to be completely honest, antibacterial soap is not at all better.

However, all of our soaps are effective in promoting good hygiene and helping to prevent infectious illnesses.

The shelf life of our soaps is approximately 24 months.  But It's best to use your soap before that time so you can get the most out of the fragrance; over time the scent may diminish.  It's a good idea to store your soap bars in a sealed container in cool, dry place until you're ready to use them.

All of our soaps are made with lye (Sodium Hydroxide).  And although lye is a man-made chemical, it is one that's necessary to make cold processed soaps. 

However, by the end of the saponification process all of the lye is completely out of the final product; thus, leaving us with a natural soap bar.

If you find a soap company that claims to offer a lye-free soap, they are "lye-ing" to you (sorry we couldn't resist the dad joke).  Using lye is just part of the soap making process, but again, there is no lye in the final product.

When our bars have finished their initial cure time, they weigh between 5.0 to 5.5 ounces.  However, since water continues to evaporate out of the soap, over time it will gradually weigh less. 

Unlike other soap companies, we don't list the weight of our bars at the time they are cut, but rather we use a formula to calculate what we think the soap might weigh once it reaches our customer.

The average weight of our soap (several weeks past our cure time) comes out to be around 4.8 ounces.  Some customers may receive bars that are slightly more or slightly less than this, so to keep things fair we round down to 4.7 ounces and that is what's printed on our packaging.

If you want to help slow the water evaporation from your soap, we recommend storing your soap bars in a cool and dry area or keep them in a sealed air-tight container until you're ready to use them.

If you’re a First Responder, Active Military, Veteran, or Teacher, we offer a Hero Discount as a thank you for your service!  Click the Hero Discounts link under the Shop section at the bottom of the page.

There are some stipulations to using discount codes. Discount codes will not work on gift cards purchases. We also don't offer stacking discounts. For example, if you have a discount code for $5.00 off, you can’t use that plus a 10% discount code.  You can only use one discount per order.
