Order Processing
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and that's why we strive to process all orders within 3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is ready to ship. Once an order is ready to ship, it may take an additional 1-2 business days before it is picked up by the carrier. However, in rare instances, due to stockouts, exceptionally busy periods, or a zombie apocalypse, it may take up to 7 days to process your order.
Please Note: If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a U.S. federal holiday, your order will not ship until the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping
Dapper Yankee ships within the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and to other parts of the world using DHL.
Domestic Shipping - Once your order ships, you can expect your package to arrive in approximately 3-10 business days depending on the shipping method you choose and where in the United States you are located. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may take an additional 7-15 business days when you choose standard or ground shipping. We have no control over the shipment once it leaves our hands, but we will provide you with tracking information for your order.
International Shipping - Shipping times can vary and may take up to 30 business days depending on the mode of transport you chose at checkout.
Please be aware that additional taxes and customs fees may be charged on the buyer's end. Dapper Yankee does not cover the cost of these additional fees.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and order size.
Package Protection (U.S. Orders Only) - At Dapper Yankee, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and the care we take in packing them. While we cannot control a package once it leaves our warehouse in Troy, Ohio, we want you to have total peace of mind.
To ensure your order arrives safely, we offer the Dapper Delivery Guarantee. This protection is automatically selected for you at checkout. By keeping this protection active, Dapper Yankee assumes full responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If you prefer to waive this coverage, you may simply choose “Checkout without protection” before placing your order. Please note that by opting out, Dapper Yankee is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
What is Covered:

Lost Packages: An order is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or if it is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived after 7 business days.

Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you believe it was stolen from your delivery location, we’ve got you covered.
- Damaged Packages: If your items arrive broken or unusable, we will replace them immediately.
What is Not Covered:
· Shipping Costs: The Dapper Delivery Guarantee covers the replacement of your products, but it does not cover shipping costs. The cost of the replacement shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and a payment link will be provided and must be paid prior to reshipment.
· Incorrect Address: We cannot cover claims where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided at checkout, resulting in a failed delivery. If a package is returned to Dapper Yankee, we can reship the package once it is received at our Troy warehouse and the customer has submitted payment for the reshipping fee.
· Replacement Orders: Replacement orders are not protected under the Dapper Delivery Guarantee. If you have a problem receiving your replacement order, please contact us at support@dapperyankee.com and we will work toward a resolution.
Abuse & Fraudulent Claims: To keep this service available for all "Dapper" customers, we monitor for fraudulent claims. A claim will be considered abusive or fraudulent if a customer intentionally misrepresents or provides false information to obtain a refund or replacement for an item that was successfully delivered, was not lost or stolen, or was not damaged. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Filing multiple claims for packages that were marked as delivered and received.
- Misrepresenting the condition of an item to claim damage.
- Reporting a package as "stolen" or "lost" when it was, in fact, received.
- Using false or misleading information to file a claim.
Consequences of Abuse: Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in severe consequences, including:

Denial of Future Claims: Any future claims for package protection will be automatically denied.

Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any future orders placed by the customer.

Permanent Ban: The customer will be permanently banned from making future purchases on our website.
- Reporting to Authorities: In cases of severe or repeated abuse, we may report the activity to the relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
By using our website and purchasing Dapper Yankee products, you agree to these terms. We are committed to a fair and honest relationship with our customers, and we expect the same in return.
Please Note: If you decline the Dapper Delivery Guarantee, Dapper Yankee is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been received by the shipping carrier. Please reference your tracking number and contact your local post office / courier for the most up to date information regarding your package.
Dapper Yankee does not provide package protection on recurring subscription orders at this time.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier.
If you make a purchase through the Shop App, Instagram App, or Facebook App, we do offer limited package protection at no extra cost. The claim request must be submitted to support@dapperyankee.com and include your name, order number, and details of the incident. After the Dapper Yankee team reviews the request and determines that the issue is eligible for limited package protection, a claim will be filed. When a claim is filed, it requires proof of purchase and a signed affidavit by the customer. Claims may take 6-10 weeks to process. After a claim is processed, a replacement order will be sent; however, no refunds are provided. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another product at equal price. Stolen packages are NOT covered. Customers who believe their package was stolen will need to file a police report and file a claim with USPS.
Dapper Yankee does not provide package protection on international orders at this time.
