The Dapper Yankee team fulfills orders five days a week, with most orders leaving our warehouse in Troy, Ohio within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping times are measured in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and federal holidays. Once your order is fulfilled, the first business day it is in transit is the day after it is picked up by USPS.

Due to the high volume of packages shipped with USPS during the holiday season, some packages may miss destination scans, be misrouted, or have tracking information that does not update correctly. This does not necessarily mean your package is lost or won’t arrive on time. However, once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery is out of our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. For package status updates not reflected in your tracking information, please contact USPS directly.

Remember, delivery estimates provided at checkout and via email are only estimates—not guarantees. These estimates are based on ideal shipping conditions and do not account for severe weather, shipment issues, or carrier delays.

Refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information on your delivery status. The Dapper Yankee team does not have access to additional information regarding your package’s whereabouts or when it will be scanned or delivered. Shipping deadlines above do not apply to Dapper Swag items. These are shipped separately from your personal care products and may require an additional 7 business days for processing and shipping, as they are made on demand by our third-party partner.

The last day to place international orders (outside the USA) for holiday delivery is Monday, December 1st.
