Exfoliating Soap Sack
Finally, a soap sack with some body. Very durable and economical when packing a toiletry bag with your favorite Dapper Yankee bars
I like the way this soap sack creates a good lather and feels great when washing. Leaves you feeling fresh.
Seems okay, but not for me. I guess Iβm more of a bare bar of soap guy. Doesnβt lather as much as I would like in the bag and you definitely need to hang it or it starts melting wherever it sits.
I tried the exfoliating soap sack for the first time today. While the experience of the material felt good, it seemed too small in my opinion. You should make a washcloth like this...I would buy them for sure. Using the soap (New Castle) in the bag worked pretty good but I eventually took the soap out of the bag and used it as a mini washcloth and I think it did better. the material just felt better than the standard washcloth, it just needs to be bigger. With the soap in bag, I found it hard to maneuver around the face. Once I took the soap out and just used the bag as a mini washcloth, it went much better. I gave it 3 stars not because it doesn't work, on the contrary, it works good, but better if it is used as a washcloth, in my opinion. So 3 stars is good, just Little Bitty Washcloth - should be bigger, in my opinion.

So far Great smell. Rich lather. The only thing I don't care for is the soap bag.
I really like it but I found out to take the soap out of it after use because the soap becomes brittle but overall I still use it for my face n works great

My only complaint with us is the stream should be made from a different material as it is kind of difficult to tighten the bag. However, I do have a disability, so be a non-issue for most people.

Why is my soap melting rapidly?
Since natural soaps are made primarily of oils and butters, they do not fare well when sitting in water. This is why it's important to use a soap tray or a Dapper Yankee Soap Clutch to allow water to move away from your soap and allow it to dry between uses.
I've been using a wooden soap tray, but my soap still melts quickly before turning into mush. Why is this happening?
There is a certain level of care that needs to be taken with wooden soap trays. It is recommended that you clean your soap tray weekly and allow it time to dry.
Leaving a wooden soap tray in standing water can cause the tray to become waterlogged. When this happens, water is absorbed into the wood and then that moisture is transferred to your soap.
When a wooden soap tray is waterlogged you have two options: 1) allow the soap tray to completely dry out to the point where you no longer feel any moisture, or 2) replace it with a new one.
The new Dapper Yankee Soap Saver is curved to help prevent the tray from sitting in water and it is less likely to become waterlogged.
What are some other ways I can extend the life of my natural soap?
In addition to using a Dapper Yankee Soap Saver and/or a Dapper Yankee Soap Clutch, you can cut the soap bar in half and only use half at a time.
